When you start with us, you will be tasked with the monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting of the various physical security systems in our state-of-the-art Data Centers. You are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of all access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems and their related workflows. Next to this, support will be provided to projects based on the security roadmap initiatives and you'll ensure smooth physical security operations across all our facilities.
During your onboarding we'll ask you to visit our Data Center in Haarlem to get a feeling for our culture and facilities; once you're settled in, you might prefer to work from home due to your international remit. You'll be part of a small, international team of passionate and dedicated specialists that will support our global Data Center expansion from a physical security point of view.

Requirements for the job would entail:
In depth system knowledge of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems; NOTE: system knowledge of specific software like ServiceNow, Honeywell ProWatch, Avigilon, PassagePoint, Traka, Iris ID and Morpho manager is considered an asset.
Fluent in English and local language both verbally as in writing.
Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of networking and IT concepts.
Security clearance via Government or other agency background check may be required for customer support.
Above all we're looking for an acountable and engaged teamplayer with strong organisational and planning skills.
An analytical problemsolver with excellent interpersonal skills as the role interacts with a wide variety of people including but not limited to vendors, site/facility staff, and IT professionals.
